Our 5 Step Method To Consciously Create The Life You Really Want

I’m so glad you’re here. I wanted to create a space for you to start and learn about our work. At the root of everything we do, is our 5 step method to consciously create the life you really want.
If you are stuck, lost or only getting so far with self-help, our steps are rooted in the science of how your mind and body work, with the spiritual magic of life. These step contain the missing piece for most people.

This process has helped me create huge changes in my life — health, business, relationships, abundance, day to day energy 🫶 every time I use this work, my first thought is everyone should have access to this insight in their life.
These steps come from years of my own personal coaching, learning, testing, hitting rock bottoms, finding a tool to help me out of it and life lessons as wisdom. This brand was created to help you use every step — the inner child, nervous system work, meditations.
Self-help can feel really abstract and overwhelming.
“Raise your vibration” or “Become a match to it”.
Having a process or method that we can follow makes it so much easier.
You’re never actually stuck. You just need to understand yourself, and how your mind and body work.
What do I mean by “consciously create”?
Consciously creating is living with intention instead of living from fear, old stories, or unconscious patterns.
It’s your higher self in the drivers seat instead of your fearful inner child who doesn’t feel good enough.
So many of us are unconsciously creating our life.
We have the same thoughts and feelings every single day.
Our fears, limiting beliefs and low self worth drive our decisions, and shape our reality.
Life gets so busy we’re on autopilot just trying to survive.
What we create when we’re living through fear and survival is limited. It never brings us the life we really want.
You are limitless. You can consciously create the life you want.
You are not your fear, limiting beliefs or anxiety.
You are consciousness. An extension of source energy.
Step 1: Raise your Frequency
This is step 1. The one that every change in our life rests on. Your nervous system is the lens you experience life through.
When you’re stressed, anxious or in survival mode, your brain is scanning for threats. Not opportunities. Not ideas. Not possibilities.
You can’t create your most abundant, dream life while your body thinks you’re being chased by a bear.
Before anything else, we need to regulate. Shifting your nervous system state changes your reality.
I had this piece in my podcast episode this week. This is the power of your state:
‘There is always the energy of a solution available to you no matter what’s happening around you. It’s never outside of you, it’s consciousness. When you change the state you’re living in, you access different outcomes without forcing anything. Your higher self knows the way. Effort isn’t the answer. Leaving survival mode and moving into creation is. Forcing isn’t the answer. Presence is. When we act from fear, we stay in the same problem. When we act from our higher self, we align with the solution. Reality responds to the shift in our inner world every time’.

So my love — how can you regulate yourself?
What are your tools? Where in your life is stressing you tf out? Are you doing anything for yourself? Do you need better boundaries? Are you eating properly? Sleep? Exercise?
How we live everyday is the first place to start.
Tools like breath work and meditating can only do so much if our life and the way we live is completely out of alignment with what we need 🤍
Your step #1 is to raise your frequency. Regulate that nervous system of yours so you can move from survival mode to creating mode.

Step 2: Meet your inner child
This is the a missing step for most people. Your inner child holds your subconscious beliefs about:
what’s safe
what’s possible
what you deserve
what life feels like
Your body will always prioritise safety over your goals. If your subconscious story doesn’t match what you’re trying to create, you’ll feel stuck no matter how hard you try.
You’re not broken.
You make so much sense.
And if you’re stuck, or part of your life will not change or manifest — inner child is where we need to look.
Your adult patterns are just your childhood programming playing out. If you keep experiencing the same patterns — in relationships, money, work, self-worth, your inner child is calling you. We need to understand the old story, see how it’s showing up in your adult life, and then we can change it.
The is the inner work. The magic.

Step 3: Change the story in your mind
Your thoughts are shaping your reality everyday. Every thought triggers a physical response in our body.
I noticed this recently with jaw tension. When my thoughts are negative, my jaw gets worse. When I shift my focus to gratitude or what’s going well, the tension eases.
That’s how powerful your thoughts are.
What’s the old, negative story you’ve been telling? Write it down, the exact thoughts and feelings you keep experiencing because of it.
To change your life, we need to change this.
Simply label it the old story. Imagine it’s your inner child. They felt safe in the old and familiar, but it’s not going to bring you the life you really want.
This step is about no longer rehearsing the old, and reinforcing the new.
Step 4: Tune into possibility
Once your nervous system is calmer, your inner child is integrated, and your thoughts are more intentional, you can access possibility. Possibility is everywhere.
The relationship.
The job.
The healing.
The business.
The life you want.
The possibility already exists.
But you can’t see it when you’re stressed, in fear, or stuck in the old story.
What do you want your life to feel like? How do you want it to feel?
Think about it like google maps, unless you put in a destination it won’t know where to take you. The same goes for your brain and energy. Get clear on where you’re going, and how you’ll feel.
Live in the feeling of it before it physically arrives ✨
Step 5: Take inspired action
We can’t skip the action part. Energy matters. Mindset matters. Regulation matters. But we still have to act.
If you want more money — do you have a portal for it to come in?
If you want a business — have you started it?
If you want love — are you open to meeting people?
You have to create the pathway for your desires to reach you.
Action + aligned energy = creation.
